Chef Wayne Walkinshaw is a prominent culinary figure currently serving as the Executive Chef at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi Upper Hill in Kenya. He has built a reputation for driving fine-dining execution and introducing high-profile culinary collaborations in the region.
